About the instructor: Esther Yang is the Executive Director of Simple Healthy Living and Super Happy Healthy Kids. Esther is the author of "Love Yourself, the Heck With Everyone Else." She has been helping clients lead healthier and happier lives throughout her 20 years of practice. She is a healer who teaches others to heal themselves. Esther is a Core Energetics Psychotherapist, a Black Belt in Karate, and a Yoga Teacher. She is a certified Baby Nurse, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Teacher, and CPR Red Cross Trainer. She was born in Indonesia and studied in the United States and Singapore. Esther graduated from the Institute of Core Energetics and Barbara Brennan School of Healing. She has been featured in numerous print publications and television and radio programs.
